Patch is building co-working clubs for commuter towns across the UK, vibrant local spaces to work, connect and support local enterprise. Patch brings design led interiors, high quality work infrastructure and a programme of community events to local high streets.

Now the former Electricity Board Building on York Street will be reimagined into a set of design-led work and event spaces!

In considering the concept design for Patch’s second location on 42 York Street, we sought to create inclusive and hybrid spaces that reflect the dynamic community and cultures of Twickenham today.

To facilitate innovation and creativity within the workspace we created a series of spaces centring gathering, exchange and production.
